Yup been a sufferer for nearly 2 decades. Tried everything including sleep clinic assessments. Medication has never sat well with me in any circumstance. Melatonin gummie, pretty natural, can help me at least drop off to sleep, however, like you, it sounds, that may still only be 20 minutes and the rest of the night is just a dark day
