People Get Serious About Food…

With all of the conflict, political unrest, economic downturn and global warming stresses, this article caught my eye, especially as I am an honorary Yorkshireman. My father was a Yorkshire-born and bred, but I lived probably 60% of my life in Kingston Upon Hull…evidently, that would also allow me to play for the Yorkshire Cricket Team…go figure lol.

Now, apparently, across the pond, a chef, who is majoring on TikTok at the moment, has been raving about “popovers”…I always thought that was some type of clothing but hey ho.

As you will see from the images above, and the chef’s recipe concurs, these magical edibles are basically Yorkshire Puddings (not sure if the critics will frown on me putting basically adjacent to Yorkshire Pudding haha).
